BMW Ready to Unveil BMW M4 CS in Mid 2024

In mid-2024, BMW is planning to introduce the M4 CS, which will be positioned between the M4 Competition and M4 CSL models.

Production of the M4 CS is expected to begin in July 2024 and conclude in June 2025. Under the hood, it will feature a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine delivering 550 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque. Similar to the M3 CS, the M4 CS will be exclusively available with the xDrive all-wheel-drive system and will come paired with the 8-speed automatic M Steptronic transmission.

It will come equipped with active M suspension, an M active differential, a new exhaust system, and an improved steering system. The car’s weight will be reduced by 20 kilograms compared to the M4 Competition xDrive, thanks to extensive use of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) in various components, including the hood, front splitter, roof, air intakes, side mirror caps, diffuser, and rear spoiler. The exhaust system will be made of titanium, and the bucket seats will also be constructed from carbon fiber.

The forged wheels will have sizes of 19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires sized 275/35 at the front and 285/30 at the rear.
