Toyota and Subaru have announced the MY2024 versions of the GR86 and BRZ in Japan, unveiling the GR86 RZ 40th Anniversary and BRZ STI Sport editions alongside them. The first one will be produced in just 200 units, and with it, Toyota wants to celebrate the 40th anniversary since the launch of the AE86.
It features new 18-inch wheels painted in dark metallic gray and fitted with 215/40 R18 tires. There are black details on the exterior, and inside, you’ll find black/red trim and the “Since 1983 40th” logo on the doors. Mechanically, the car comes with ventilated Brembo brakes and Sachs shock absorbers.
The Subaru BRZ STI Sport comes with large Brembo brakes with gold calipers, STI suspension, 18-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires sized 215/40 R18, and it also features a red BRZ logo and a special badge.
