Chinese automaker Xpeng is introducing the X9 to the market, an electric van available with either one or two electric motors. The initial version delivers 320 horsepower, weighs 3,125 kilograms, is equipped with LFP battery technology, and boasts a top speed of 200 kilometers per hour.
The version with dual electric motors weighs 3,210 kilograms and produces 503 horsepower, also reaching a top speed of 200 kilometers per hour. It features NMC battery technology.
The Xpeng X9 measures 5,293 meters in length, 1,988 meters in width, and 1,785 meters in height. Inside, it can accommodate up to 7 passengers. Sales of the Xpeng X9 are set to commence in China sometime in the fall.
