Another distinction for the Nissan Ariya

Solidifying its position as one of the top electric vehicles, the Nissan Ariya continues to receive accolades. Its latest recognition comes in a year where Wards also acknowledged the Ariya as one of the “10 Best Interiors & UX.” This achievement for Nissan marks the 20th award from the brand since Wards began its awards program in 1995.

The Ariya is Nissan’s second electric car to be honored by Wards, following the LEAF in 2011, which was the first time Wards awarded an electric vehicle. The Ariya e-4ORCE versions utilize dual electric motors to provide power to all four wheels.

The “e” in e-4ORCE signifies the 100% electric drive system by Nissan, and “4ORCE” relates to the vehicle’s physical power and energy, with “4” representing control over all wheels. Managing power delivery and braking performance for smoothness and stability, e-4ORCE enhances driver confidence by detecting the optimal line on the road.

The winners of the Wards awards are determined by a group of journalists with extensive experience in evaluating vehicle powertrains, including factors such as horsepower, torque, noise, performance, and the application of new technologies. This year, the judges tested 32 all-new or significantly improved propulsion systems, assessing their real-world capabilities.

The Nissan Ariya represents the pinnacle of Nissan’s design, technology, performance, and sustainability. Its smooth, powerful acceleration and the available advanced driver assistance technology ProPILOT Assist 2.0 elevate the Ariya’s driving capabilities, making it the perfect companion for everyday journeys.
