The Los Angeles County Fire Department has issued a report on the Station Fire that killed firefighters Tedmund Hall and Arnie Quinones. The report is separate from the one issued by the federal government weeks back.

Good report. It highlights the Jurisdictional boundaries and how, when the incident escalated, more resources were orderd.
It should be understood that while this fire was burning, local and State Resources were committed at the same time to other fires and as these were demobilzed
they either returned to their home FD or were re-directed to participate in the "Station Fire".
